Greetings from Geneva! Debrief on the UN Business and Human Rights Forum 2025.

Join us on International Human Rights Day for an interactive debrief session on the UN Business and Human Rights Forum 2025! The Forum – organised this year for the 14th time – is the world's largest annual gathering on business and human rights. Over three days, experts and practitioners will discuss issues related to the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and other topical matters. This year's theme is Accelerating action on business and human rights amidst crises and transformations – something that might resonate with many sustainability professionals.

UN Global Compact Network Finland will host a debrief session with our experts and company representatives on the hottest topics, emerging trends, and most valuable insights gained from the Forum on Wednesday, 10 December, from 9.00 a.m to 10.00 a.m (EET), including a Q&A session. We will dive into insights from the forum with Heidi Hautala (former MEP, Board Advisor for UNGC Finland), Anna Vainikainen (Outokumpu), Anna Mäenpää (S Group), Liisa Heino (Konecranes), Sophia Lawson Hellu (UNGC Finland) and Linda Piirto (UNGC Finland) will be among the speakers.
